Co-founder of Article 10 Lyndon Nicholson talks to Growing Business Magazine on the importance of creating relationships with clients within his presentations design company. 

Growing Business Magazine is the leading resource for entrepreneurs, offering the latest business news and breaking deals. They speak to the UK's most successful entrepreneurs, and choosing to approach Lyndon Nicholson was no exception. Within the article Nicholson comments on the strategic involvements for achieving business client relationships; "...asking customer contacts to recommend others within the organisation ". Also revealing some difficulties companies may come up against.

The idea is to not continually chase new business but rather develop indepth connections with existing clients. Nicholson continues, offering presentation services first attracts new business, allowing for relationships to be formed, this then means it becomes easier to compete in the more competitive areas such as web design and corporate videos.
