You may already be familiar with the concept of macros and the way they speed up repetitive, multi-action tasks. There are a few issues though.
Macros created from within Microsoft Word must be recorded, which can take a few tries to get right and don’t always deliver a perfect result when applied. Furthermore, recorded macros perform the multiple actions sequentially, meaning that more complex tasks can take a moment or two.
Article 10 improves on this process by programming the macro task directly into Microsoft Word. Accessible by a customised toolbar button and/or keyboard shortcut, the action becomes instantaneous and spot-on every time. We can configure macros to undertake formatting changes, or execute other actions such as importing and exporting data.
